Remember last summer's case of former Burbank mayor Stacey Murphy, arrested by an anti-gang task force on suspicion of cocaine possession and child endangerment? She pleaded guilty today in a deal that lets her avoid jail time. Reports the Daily News: "As part of the deal, Murphy, 47, will enter a drug rehabilitation program and parenting classes and be monitored by the court for five years, officials said."
