Stanley C. Jaroszenski, who is 64 and lives downtown, was arrested Monday on a federal indictment listing 117 charges of sending hypodermic needles and threatening letters to numerous people, including LAPD Chief Bill Bratton and Rep. Linda T. Sanchez. He mostly denounced Jews, blacks, Latinos, Asians and homosexuals, and the feds say Jaroszenski forced the evacuation of an entire floor at Childrens Hospital by sending a letter declaring "Kill Chinese murderers" and "Chinese Poison + Cancer in Your Body N-O-W."
