• Xeni Jardin of Boing Boing, Wired and NPR's "Day to Day" answered questions for the LAist Interview.
• City Controller Laura Chick will release her audit of the Department of Public Works Thursday at 10 a.m.
• The Central City Association will give its annual Treasures of L.A. awards on April 28 to Steven B. Sample, Sherry Lansing, Julius Shulman, Bob Mackie, Dr. Jorge Lazareff & Dr. Henry Kawamoto, Pink's Hot Dogs, Chuck Yeager, New Directions, L.A. Fire Dept. Urban Search & Rescue and Glendale Costco employees, and Helen Johnson & Juanita Tate.
