KCSN comes over the hill

The public radio station at Cal State Northridge is difficult to tune in outside the Valley, but it has fired up a new transmitter beaming toward the city in a swath from Santa Monica east to Vermont Avenue. I might test out FM 88.5 on Thursday night at midnight for the weekly Hawaiian music show by Michael Schneider of Franklin Avenue.
