Christians at Israel rally

An opinion piece in today's Jewish Journal complains that fundamentalist Christians who actively try to convert Jews have been invited to take a prominent role in a big pro-Israel event this weekend at Stephen S. Wise Temple in Bel-Air. Also, politics professor Raphael J. Sonenshein analyzes how Barbara Boxer seems to be gliding to another term, and says "what is most surprising about Boxer’s impending re-election is that we no longer notice that California has two Jewish women senators." The Journal's site also has been redesigned since I last noticed. It's an improvement.
