Arnold flailing

William Bradley, who filed scoop after scoop out of the Schwarzenegger camp during and after the recall campaign, contends in the LA Weekly that the governor "is beset by political disarray and ideological confusion...In some public and private polls, Schwarzenegger has dropped 10 to 14 points in job approval among Democrats and three to seven points among independents, and those were taken before a string of vetoes of popular Democratic bills." Also: Howard Blume writes that Schwarzenegger is just proving to be a (Pete) Wilsonian Republican. Today's Times has a story about the resignation of Donna Arduin, the state finance director Schwarzenegger brought in from Florida.
