I guess publicity wasn't enough

That Valley man who was freed from jail on a murder rap after his alibi checked out — thanks to footage from HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" — is suing the city. Juan Catalan says police ruined his life by holding him for five months in the killing of a 16-year-old girl who had testified against his brother. Catalan said he was at a Dodger game and had the ticket stubs, but a witness placed him at the murder scene. Outtakes from Larry David's show proved he was at the stadium.
