Former deputy mayor Joy Chen, who left the Hahn Administration in April, has turned up with a big job at the international headhunting (oops, I mean executive search) firm Heidrick & Struggles. Chen will be a principal in the Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's worldwide education and non-profit practice.
