R. Scott Moxley writes in the OC Weekly that the Times broke the news of the Orange County screw-up involving 7,000 primary ballots and that the Register trailed way behind. Moxley also describes some Register sensitivity on other stories, and claims his needling got his microphone turned off at KPCC.
