Sleeping with Perino's?

Collage Dance Theatre, the innovative company behind last year's "Sleeping with the Ambassador" performances inside the abandoned Wilshire Boulevard hotel, is looking at doing a show at the shuttered Perino's. The one-time power restaurant with the pink, oval dining room (still intact, along with a rusting 1980s-era kitchen) is soon to be razed for apartments.

The dance theatre has performed its "site-specific" shows at the Herald-Examiner, Subway Terminal and Oviatt buildings downtown, at the Lincoln Heights Jail, in the Los Angeles River, and at a high school gym locker room, among other locales.
