It's not just the Los Angeles TV stations that are planning to cover the Capitol when Arnold gets there. No fewer than eight stations from around California are setting up bureaus, says Sacramento Bee reporter J. Freedom du Lac (what a byline). The KCBS mystery seems to be solved -- the station will set up a joint bureau with the San Francisco CBS affiliate.
