KNBC news boss out

Kim Godwin, the news director at channel 4, has been abruptly replaced by a former managing editor at the station, Robert Long. Ron Fineman reported the news Friday on his website, and it's in today's Variety. Long has also worked in news at channels 9 and 13, and most recently has been with the NBC station in Washington, D.C.
