Oren Kerr, one of the regular writers on the UCLA-based Volokh Conspiracy blog, has to stop contributing because he is now a clerk to Supreme Court justice David Kennedy. The Volokhs, by the way, also note that their traffic on Friday hit 17,000 unique visitors, a new record for the site.
