New York Times editors resign

Executive editor Howell Raines and managing editor Gerald Boyd both resign in the continuing fallout from the Jayson Blair scandal. Jim Romenseko has a good array of links. The former editor, Joseph Lelyveld, returns on an interim basis. Figured Raines would have to go day someday, but I didn't think it would be this soon or that Boyd would take the fall too.
