New look with more snark at LAExaminer.com

LAExaminer.com unveils a new design that looks really nice in Explorer. They're still working on other browsers -- it doesn't parse at all yet in my Netscape 7. If you like some attitude, the new LAX has what you want. In the top post right now, Ken Layne vents at the city council's move to ban lap dancing, urges readers to write their "council-moron," calls councilman Dennis Zine "a noted fool" and dismisses them all as "scumbags." Could this be an advance look at the tone of Richard Riordan's in-print L.A. Examiner?
