Beware those Culver City singles

In a front page story about the new popularity of online dating in the New York Times, a Culver City woman complains that the men she dates off their personals ads tend to fudge their height. "I swear every time they put 5'10" you have to deduct 3 inches," she tells Amy Harmon. The woman goes on to confess her own truth-bending: in her ads she claims to live in Santa Monica.
